Appointment Cancellation Policy
At our hair salon, we understand that sometimes appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled. However, due to high demand and limited availability, we have a strict cancellation policy in place.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. If you fail to provide this notice, you will be charged a fee of 50% of the total cost of the service(s) you were scheduled to receive. This fee must be paid before you can schedule any future appointments.
